SinoPrism publishes news, analysis, and opinion about China, technology, and business. Content on the Site is provided for general information purposes only. It does not constitute professional, legal, financial, investment, or other advice, and should not be relied on as such. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SINOPRISM AND ITS OWNERS, EDITORS, CONTRIBUTORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS (USD 100). We will respond to valid notices promptly, including by removing the material where appropriate.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which SinoPrism is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless applicable consumer protection law gives you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.

14. General

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force. Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of that right. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and SinoPrism regarding the Site.
